Seasons 順時
Human Beings is a part of the NATURE. TCM recognise the fact, and through practice has developed understanding that in harmony with nature will facilitate the body benefit most efficiently from the NATURE. Here is a program that help to bring such possibilities closer to reality.
IN HARMONY WITH NATURE Program
Harmony is a state in which an individual is open to share the optimal and endless benefits offered by the nature.
Huang Di Nei Jiang 黃帝內經 is one of the classics that formed the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Nei Jiang, originated more than 2000 years ago, has written about Man in harmony with nature would lead to good health and wellbeing and longevity. The wisdoms in Nei Jiang are still valuable and relevant and beneficial to our life and health and wellbeing.
In life, by own experience and/or hearing from others, we often witness / experience suffering somehow somewhat come from nowhere; and when allowed to go on, the deterioration might get to a point where it undermines work, study, and one’s normal life. Many people have experienced like this:
1. Feeling the body not functioning normal as expected, often to an extent of feeling there could be some problems need be sorted out.
2. Easy to get stiff neck / back; block nose; aches / pains; lack of energy; bloating; constipation; cough, etc.
3. When check with family doctor, could not come up with a clinical diagnosis of the problem. Due to no formal diagnosis, treatment could not be prescribed.
4. Those people who are suffering know help is needed to get back to normal.
We have been helping people in such sort of conditions by providing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment like Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Moxibustion, etc. People recognise the value of our help and treatment provided, and often come to seek help when similar things happened again.
In literatures and knowledge accumulated over the past thousands of years of TCM practice, there is an understanding that abnormalities of such kinds often happen around the time when season changes.
In TCM, treatment is done to smooth out Qi dynamics to avoid suffering or potential health problems associated with season changes. Here we have a package plan to help.
In terms of timing, in Chinese calendar, there are 24 Sectional Seasons (廿四節氣) in a four seasons year. 8 out of the 24 are selected as these 8 represent special changes.
These 8 days in 2025-2026 for Australia are:
立秋 Start of Spring Monday, 3 February 2025
秋分 Spring Equinox Wednesday, 19 March 2025
立冬 Start of Summer Monday, 5 May 2025
冬至 Summer Solstice Saturday, 21 June 2025
立春 Start of Autumn Thursday, 7 August 2025
春分 Autumn Equinox Tuesday, 23 September 2025
立夏 Start of Winter Friday, 7 November 2025
夏至 Winter Solstice Sunday, 21 December 2025
Our health and wellbeing maintenance package plan involves visit for assessment and treatment around each of the 8 days. Items handled including, but not limited to:
1. Communication and review of the past season’s health and wellbeing conditions and issues of concern.
2. Reading pulse, checking tongue, feel by palpation, raise question and seeking feedback.
3. Provide analysis and recommendations from TCM perspective based on above information.
4. Have acupuncture treatment to smooth, balance, and support Qi, to “connect” with the nature environment.
5. Prescribe herbal formula in case necessary.
The objective of the plan is to promote and maintain general health and wellbeing. The plan is characterized by the TCM wholistic and natural approach that stimulates and supports the body’s self-healing capabilities.
